The 8 of Cups shows up just as I’ve announced a departure of sorts…
I’m going to pause these daily Tarot Soul Coaching blogs for a while until I re-emerge from this dark tunnel and have something of substance to impart. This goes for the free distance healing sessions too, until I’m directed by Spirit to begin again.
For the past few years, I have associated the 8 of Cups with ‘divine restlessness’ and the feeling that there is no satisfaction to be had in current circumstance for a reason – The reason being that the Light is calling us to move forward and upward toward our heart’s true desire.
The associated Shem angel is Eiael, angel number 67 of the 72 Shemhamphorash. The associated Hebrew letters are Alef Yod Ain. Alef corresponds to The Fool (time for a new adventure), Yod to the Hermit (time for study!) and Ain (aka Ayin) to The Devil (time to confront the darkness within me).
Meditating on the 67th God name (AYoA) as it is said to cast out ‘false and self-seeking expectations’ and help the Seeker take back control over their life.
When Kabbalah speaks of ‘taking back control,’ it means resisting the urge to be reactive. I will do my homework and hopefully emerge in a more proactive mode, as a servant of the Light. God only knows when that will be.
